Specializing in transformative growth, Amy harnesses the power of the Leadership Management International (LMI) process, incorporating multi-sensory learning, spaced repetition, and proven techniques. Key areas of focus include management development, personal motivation, goal setting, and effective communication, leading individuals to enhanced performance, increased leadership awareness, and tangible business outcomes.
Recognized with the 2020 LMI awards for Facilitator of the Year for the Americas and World Rookie Licensee of the Year, Amy brings executive coaching services to leaders in diverse sectors.
